2022 Homebuyer WEBINAR Schedule

GROWTH offers pre-purchase counseling and homebuyer education workshops to ensure that the homebuyer is entering the home-buying process with your eyes wide open. 

Attending a one-day homebuyer education class is required for all homebuyers purchasing through any one of GROWTH’s homebuyer programs.

​In most cases, the class must be taken by the homebuyer(s) prior to making an offer on a home.

In all cases, the class must be completed by the homebuyer prior to closing.

All webinars are held once per month on a Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The classes will be held online through webinar format until further notice based on current COVID protocols. Advance registrations are required.

If you do not have access to internet, you may call in to the webinar using your phone and listen only.
