Beth Payne
Vice President

Ms. Beth Payne, started with Economic Growth Corporation in 2010  and became Vice President in March 2020.

Beth brings more than 15 years experience ​in business administration and management. As Vice President, Beth has multiple roles overseeing the support operations of the organization, while managing the marketing, community outreach, corporate communications, and coordinator of Economic Growth Corporation's governing and advisory boards of directors. 

​Prior to becoming Vice President, Beth served as the Administration Director from 2012-2020, and as the Executive Assistant for the President/CEO from 2010-2102, primarily assisting in the marketing and community outreach for more than $21.6 million in federal Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds and $3.5 million in Illinois Attorney General National Foreclosure Settlement Funds. Through these programs, Ms. Payne lead a primary role in generating more than $2.5 million in single family real estate sales to households earning 120% area median income and 50% area median income throughout northwestern Illinois.

She has a strong track record of driving new business through strengthening relationships with community stakeholders.
