Top Left: GROWTH is set to develop the Coatsworth Apartments in the heart of Galena, IL to further its mission to preserve affordable housing. GROWTH General Contracting LLC will be conducting the light rehab work after the building is acquired. The project consists of 18 existing senior residential apartments that aim toward improving energy efficiency elements that reduce the utility cost burden for the existing residential tenants. Work is anticipated to begin fall 2017.
Middle: GROWTH General Contracting LLC. completed the historic renovation of eight residential apartments and first floor commercial space for Star Block in the heart of Rock Island, IL. The $2.1 Million project received a historic preservation award by the Rock Island Historical Society, much due to GROWTH General Contracting efforts to preserve critical elements of this 145-year old building.
