Andrew Fisher serves as Construction Director for GROWTH, bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Andrew oversees construction management operations across GROWTH's development pipeline and leads activities through Growth General Contracting, LLC, GROWTH’s wholly owned construction subsidiary. To date, he has completed nine construction projects totaling $9.7 million, with more in progress. Andrew’s leadership and expertise contribute significantly to the successful delivery of GROWTH’s development initiatives.

His expertise spans commercial real estate development utilizing Historic Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits, State Affordable Housing Tax Credits, LIHTC, Brownfields, and grant funding. Andrew actively collaborates and working closely with local inspection departments to ensure compliance. He reviews AIA contracts to establish clear terms for design and construction projects, monitors change orders, and ensures that projects remain on time and within budget.
