With a growing real estate portfolio nearing 300 residential rental units and over 40 commercial units, GROWTH reached a crucial point for expansion in the area of asset management and launched its own property management subsidiary, HOME BASE Property Management LLC in July 2017 to operate on a national scale.

Carey Jorgensen serves as Director of Property Management for Home Base Property Management, LLC and is directly responsible for leasing, managing the residential and commercial properties along with the residents and businesses that reside within said properties. With over two decades of experience, Carey brings the necessary capacity to manage all of GROWTH subsidiary companies and other organization's properties under one management company LLC.

Carey manages approximately 318 units of multi-family rental housing, with approximately 690 tenants and over 40 commercial spaces with a growing portfolio.
