Requirements:

Meet the income and property value limits
Continue to live in the home as your primary residence after repairs are complete.
Illinois homeowners living in the following counties: Rock Island, Whiteside, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle

Home Accessibility Program (HAP)

The Home Accessibility Program (HAP) provides funding to help people stay in their homes and prevent premature or unnecessary institutionalization of the elderly and people with disabilities.
