Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) is no longer serving as a grantee or administrator of the Home Accessibility Rehabilitation Program (HRAP) as of 2025. All previously available HRAP funds have been fully exhausted. GROWTH will not be participating in HRAP Round 2.

As a courtesy to those that are seeking repair assistance, we recommend you visit the Illinois Housing Development Authority's website. 

The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) has announced the grantees for this round of HRAP awards. Homeowners may contact those organizations directly to inquire about available funding and waitlist procedures. GROWTH will not be participating in HRAP Round 2.
