Founded in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of GROWTH, Growth General Contracting (GGC) specializes in delivering high-quality construction services for smaller-scale development projects. Over the years, GGC has continued to expand its capabilities and expertise. We take pride in our successful track record, including the adaptive reuse of a historic property into 8 units of multifamily housing, the rehabilitation of 18 units of multifamily housing, and the new construction of seven units. Each project reflects our dedication to sustainable growth and creating valuable spaces for individuals and families to call home.
