Contractor Outreach

​Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) invites all local contractors and material suppliers interested in participating in its community development work to attend an informational meeting and networking event on Thursday, May 9, 2019.  

GROWTH is seeking qualified contractors and vendors for its single family rehabilitation programs that serve a multiple county service area. Any persons in the building trades, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers interested in submitting their information to become a qualified contractor or vendor should attend this informational meeting. Members of the media are welcome to attend. 

Contractors who are interested in doing construction and construction-related work with GROWTH in the future are urged to attend this meeting. There will be a brief presentation of the bidding process along with an explanation of requirements including insurance and required lead based paint certifications.
 
Those in attendance will have plenty of time to network and talk with GROWTH staff members and others. Businesses owned by women and minority contractors are especially encouraged to attend.
