All classes are held once a month on a Saturday from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM. You must attend the entire class. The certificate of completion will be emailed directly to your lender and/or agency administering your specific homebuyer program.

Classes are held in our conference room located in the McKesson Lofts building, 100 19th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201. McKesson Lofts is a secured building. All guests must use the buzzer system at the main glass doors. Please call our office to register before the class, (309) 788-6311.
